Paediatric and Perinatal Pathology

The Paediatric and Perinatal Pathology Working Group (WG) is composed of pathologists who specialise in, or have a major interest in, the pathology of the foetus, neonate or child. It is however also open to general pathologists who have an interest or want to improve their knowledge in this area. The Paediatric and Perinatal Pathology WG strictly adheres to the spirit of the ESP, which guarantees valuable educational experience by encouraging innovation, friendship and professional collaborations.

The European Society of Pathology is an Associated Society with the Paediatric Pathology Society (PPS), a Society that exists to promote paediatric pathology in its widest sense, embracing all the disciplines of pathology. The chair of the WG of Paediatric and Perinatal Pathology is also a Committee Member of PPS, with the mission to establish a liaison between the two societies.
